Anaheim Stadium has existed under three different configurations and three different names:
1966-1979: Original "Big A" with the scoreboard in leftfield.. 1980-1996: The "Bigger A", fully enclosed for football, visually similar to Candlestick Park 1997-present: Renovated to baseball only facility, renamed "Edison International Field and then renamed "Angels Stadium of Anaheim". In 1997, the Angels played while it was under construction. |
